Disconnect a social account
In Nexby open Accounts and choose Disconnect. The stored tokens for that account are deleted straight away, and so are the WhatsApp conversations of a disconnected number.
Remove Nexby from Facebook or Instagram
In Facebook go to Settings → Apps and websites, find Nexby and choose Remove. Facebook tells us, and the connected Page and Instagram accounts are deleted from Nexby.
Delete everything
To delete your Nexby account, workspace and all related data, email nexbyapp@gmail.com from the address on your account. We confirm and complete it within 30 days. Records we must keep by law, such as security logs, are kept only as long as the law requires.
