Your account

Keep your sign-in details safe. You are responsible for what happens in your workspace, including what your team members publish.

Social platforms

Nexby works through each platform’s official tools. You must follow each platform’s own rules and have the right to publish the content you post. Platforms can change or restrict their tools, so some features may be limited or unavailable at times.

Advertising

Advertising is bought from and billed by the advertising platform, under your agreement with it. Nexby does not charge for ad spend and does not guarantee that any ad is approved or delivered; the platform decides.

Acceptable use

Do not use Nexby to post unlawful, deceptive or harmful content, to send spam, or to interfere with the service or other people’s accounts.

Availability and liability

We work to keep Nexby available but do not promise it will always be uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for outcomes that depend on a third-party platform.
